McGregor is a 100 years old fashion brand. Pioneer in American sportswear, the brand is now facing the challenge to renew itself and attract new/younger customers.
The challenge here is to give the brand a re-look without losing it’s identity, attract a younger audience and expand its online presence in markets such as the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France.

We started with re-designing the website to give a strong look & feel, create a seamless customer journey and translate the McGregor lifestyle in all touchpoints.

Challenge
Bruut is a Sneakers & Clothing retailer distributing brands like Nike, Daily Paper, Adidas, and more. The company operates via an online store and a physical retail store.
Bruut is also a lifestyle brand, creating limited collections for men, women, and kids.
The first challenge is to set up and execute a growth plan for the online channel, including an international development plan for France and Germany.
The second challenge is to define the Brand Strategy for Bruut’s own lifestyle brand and set up a Marketing plan to execute the strategy.
Approach
Building a strong online presence with a high focus on performance throughout the marketing channels such as Google and Facebook/Instagram is allowing us the rapidly grow. We have adopted a dedicated strategy per country to understand how each market responds and offers a better consumer experience.
We are also working on defining the Brand Identity for Bruut’s own brand to take it to a more mainstream place. We leverage our Marketing channels, collaborations, and partnerships to develop awareness and install the identity.
